A collaborative approach
Therapeutic support works best when everyone is communicating.
AAC works with participants, families, support coordinators and practitioners to help ensure supports are aligned, practical and connected to the participant’s everyday life.
Turning recommendations into real-life support
Therapy recommendations should not sit in a report gathering dust.
AAC can help participants and families understand how therapeutic recommendations may be supported through daily routines, community access, skill-building and practical support planning.
