Built from lived experience. Designed for better support.

Advanced Accessibility Care was created by a family who understands that disability support is never just about services.

It is about trust. It is about routines. It is about people who show up.

It is about navigating systems that can feel confusing, clinical and, let’s be honest, unnecessarily complicated. It is about finding people who listen properly, show up consistently and understand that behind every NDIS plan is a person with their own story, goals, strengths and challenges.

AAC is lived experience-led, family-owned and proudly based in Melbourne. Our founder’s own family journey shaped the way AAC approaches support: with empathy, but not pity; with structure, but not coldness; and with a belief that people with disability deserve support that is thoughtful, empowering and well-managed.

We are here to make disability support feel safer, clearer and more human.

Our story

AAC began with lived experience.

As parents to a child with disability, our founders came to understand very quickly that the disability support system can be both life-changing and overwhelming. There are forms, funding categories, appointments, providers, decisions, waiting lists, acronyms and expectations, all while families are trying to simply do their best for someone they love.

That experience became the foundation for AAC.

We wanted to create a provider that felt different. A provider that was warm without being vague. Professional without being cold. Structured without making people feel like a file number. A provider that understood the emotional reality of disability, but never reduced a person to their diagnosis.

AAC exists because support should feel personal, practical and dignified.

Our mission

Our mission is to provide thoughtful, person-centred NDIS supports that help participants build independence, confidence and connection.

We work alongside participants, families and support coordinators to create support arrangements that are practical, respectful and aligned with real-life goals.

Our vision

We see a future where disability support is not treated as a transaction, but as a pathway to greater choice, belonging and independence.

A future where participants feel heard, families feel supported, and services are delivered with the right balance of warmth, creativity, structure and accountability.

Our approach

Person-centred

We begin with the person, not the service category.

Practical

We focus on supports that make daily life easier, safer, more connected and more independent.

Warm

We know relationships matter. Good support is built on trust, communication and consistency.

Structured

Behind the warmth, there must be systems. We value planning, documentation, review, risk awareness and clear communication.

Inclusive

AAC welcomes participants from diverse backgrounds, including culturally and linguistically diverse families and communities.

Joyful

Support should not feel beige. It should make room for personality, humour, culture, community, goals and life.

Who we support

AAC supports children, young people and adults across Melbourne and Victoria.

We work with participants and families seeking support with daily living, community access, transport, support coordination, employment pathways, children’s and youth supports, therapeutic supports and home accessibility solutions.

We also support culturally and linguistically diverse families, including families who may need additional guidance to navigate the NDIS and connect with appropriate supports.

Our promise

  • We will listen carefully.
  • We will communicate clearly.
  • We will treat participants and families with respect.
  • We will be honest about what we can support.
  • We will work with you to create services that are safe, practical and aligned with your goals.

And we will never forget that support is not just about a roster. It is about someone’s life.
