Children’s & Youth Supports

Warm, structured support for children, teenagers and families.

What this support is about

AAC provides children’s and youth supports that are practical, engaging and family-centred.

We support children and young people to build confidence, strengthen daily routines, participate in the community, develop social skills and work towards their individual goals.

Our approach is warm and playful where appropriate, but always structured around safety, communication, family input and the participant’s needs.

Support that respects the whole family

When a child or young person receives support, the family is often part of the journey too.

AAC works with families to understand routines, goals, triggers, strengths, communication preferences and what support needs to look like in real life.

We know families do not need judgement. They need practical support, clear communication and people who actually listen.

Building confidence early

For children and young people, support can create powerful foundations.

The right support can help build independence, social confidence, emotional regulation, daily living skills and community participation over time.
